Giovani Cidreira

Giovani Cidreira is a singer, songwriter, and music producer from Bahia, a prominent figure in contemporary Brazilian music. Born in the outskirts of Salvador, he is an instrumentalist and arranger, and has been building his musical career since 2006. In 2014, he released his first solo work with the EP Giovani Cidreira .

In 2017, he won the Best Song with Lyrics award at the XII Educadora FM Festival and the Best Performer award at the Caymmi Awards, the same year he released his first studio album, Japanese Food , on the Balaclava Records label, sponsored by Natura Musical. The album brought him national recognition and was performed at the main festivals and cultural events in the country between 2017 and 2018.

The work solidified the recognition of his work and live performances, with wide repercussions in specialized critics and prominence in media outlets such as Estadão, Rolling Stone , and Scream & Yell , among others.

In 2025, Giovani expanded his creative field through significant collaborations with Don L, participating in the tracks aFF MARIA and Para Kendrick e Kanye , highlighted on the album Caro Vapor , and with Urias, co-writing several songs on his new album, such as Herança — in which he also participates as a featured artist —, Deus , Voz do Brasil and Navegar , among others.

In March 2026, she released Ao Vivo , her first album featuring vocals and guitar, recorded during the celebration of her 10-year career. The album gave rise to a national tour in an intimate format, revisiting landmark songs from her career and presenting new compositions, reaffirming the power of simplicity and song in its most essential state.
