Caelí da Silva Gobbato

She holds a degree in Arts and Comparative Cultures/Comparative Studies from the Faculty of Letters at the University of Lisbon, with national validation in the Interdisciplinary Bachelor's Degree in Arts from UFBA, and a postgraduate degree in Cultural Project Management from USP.
A screenwriter for the AFRUS project and the Nebulosa web series, she is the author of the chronicle "Jogo de Dentro" in the anthology "Carolinas - A Nova Geração de Escritoras Negras Brasileiras" (Carolinas - The New Generation of Black Brazilian Women Writers) and has been publishing fiction, opinion pieces, essays, and articles on art, culture, and Black identity.
She has worked in the field of cultural production since 2001, specializing in the development and management of projects since 2017, the year in which her first project was selected. Since then, she has had projects from different artistic segments approved under Federal, State, and Municipal Cultural Incentive Laws in various states and municipalities, as well as public and private award programs.
She has traveled the country giving workshops on Anti-Colonial Creative Writing and Designing Anti-Colonial Cultural Projects, and for the last 2 years she has been a Project and Institutional Development Analyst at the Afro Brazil Museum.

Marina Zaza D'Aquino

Holding a degree in Journalism from PUC-SP and having studied Literature at FFLCH-USP, she has over ten years of experience in the production and management of projects in the field of culture.

In cinema, her main field of work, she has directed numerous series, feature films, short films, and music videos. Among her most recent productions, she was Production Director for the series Notícias Populares (2024) and Caverna de Petra (2022), both shown on Globoplay, and the feature film O Julgamento de Arlete (2025), currently in post-production. Together with the production company Expomus, she participated in the curatorial research and production of the audiovisual modules for the Futuro das Profissões exhibition, which opened at SESI Lab in Brasília in 2022.
Since 2020, she has expanded her work to the digital field, developing branded content for brands such as Vivo and Itaipava, in addition to working as a social media manager on platforms such as Universo Afromusic, dedicated to promoting Black music – in the latter being responsible for the production of the Afromusic Festival #2, supported by PROAC Aldir Blanc and awarded the Arcanjo de Cultura Prize.
In recent years, he has also been part of the execution and management teams of large projects promoted by municipal and state bodies, such as the Mário de Andrade Festival, Virada Cultural and São Paulo Street Carnival, by the Municipal Secretariat of Culture (SMC/SP), among others by the Secretariat of Culture, Economy and Creative Industries of the State of São Paulo.

Renata Gathaa

Renata Gatha is a manager, producer, and multi-artist, with a degree in dance from UFBA (Federal University of Bahia). Her main activities include career management, executive production, and creative direction. Primarily active in the music and audiovisual fields, her recent work includes: career management for artists Linn da Quebrada and Giovani Cidreira; executive production and creative direction of albums and singles, such as the visual album Nebulosa Baby, awarded by the Gregório de Matos Foundation (2021); executive production of the documentary web series Nebulosa, directed by Safira Moreira and awarded by FUNCEB (2021); direction of the video art A Hora Aberta, awarded by FUNCEB (2021); and executive production of the projects "Carnaval eu chego lá" and "O tempo leva o vento traz" in homage to Ederaldo Gentil, through the Paulo Gustavo Bahia Law. Management and executive production of tours for Giovani Cidreira and Linn da Quebrada across various stages in Brazil and Europe (2019 to 2025)
